Pool Policies

Adult Supervision

Parents or responsible adults must accompany children to the pool until the child is nine (9) years of age.  Lifeguards reserve the right to evaluate the child’s swimming ability when using the deep end and slides. Parents or responsible adults must supervise and be vigilant of their children at all times.

Swim Test & Slide Requirements

Swim Test

Lifeguards may ask your child to perform the Deep End test at any time. We have many lifeguards on staff; by allowing the lifeguards to test your child, it will help to reassure them of your child’s swimming ability.

Swim Test: To qualify to use the deep end, diving board, orange slide*, or drop slide*, you must be able to swim 25 yards using the front crawl without stopping, doggie paddling, or swimming on the back.  Lifeguards reserve the right to test any child when deemed necessary.

We have developed this policy to provide a safe environment for you and your family. For more details or any questions, please speak to the manager/guard on duty.

Diapers

In an effort to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our swimming pool environment, anyone that requires the use of a diaper must wear an appropriate swimming diaper. There are swim diapers in some sizes available at the front desk.

Flotation Devices & Toys

Patrons may bring their own toys to enjoy at the pool. Flotation devices such as rafts may be used if they are small enough to hold only one person. The guards on duty reserve the right to clear the pool of all flotation devices when it inhibits their view and remove toys for the safety of other patrons. Flotation devices are allowed in the shallow end and four-foot to five-foot area. Please note that hard balls and squirt guns are not allowed.

Lockers

Daily use of lockers is available for $0.25. We also have lockers available for rent. Lockers can be rented at the Indoor Pool on a long-term basis for $7.50 for three months, $15 for six months, or $30 for one year. We recommend the use of locked lockers to prevent theft or loss of personal belongings.

No Glass

As part of our no glass policy for the pool and surrounding deck area, we do not allow cell phones, iPads/tablets, GoPro/action cameras, glass diving masks, or other items with glass in the water.  This includes items inside a protective case.

No Refunds

We are unable to offer any cash/credit card refunds once you have paid to enter the facility.

No Shoes on Deck

Please help us keep the deck and bleachers clean by removing your street shoes before entering the pool area.
