About the Department

The primary functions of the Engineering Department include:
  • Reviewing, designing, and inspecting City infrastructure projects and construction (streets, water mains, etc.) for public streets, subdivisions, and developments to ensure compliance with adopted local, state, and federal standards
  • Managing the use of City rights of way
  • Overseeing the City's stormwater management program
