Help Your Neighbors Keep Their Water On The City of Coralville, in partnership with the United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties, has a utility assistance fund, Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
Donate Online Make an online donation: Your donation can help other Coralville residents with utility bill payments. When you donate online, a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided in the "Payment Information" section. Make A Donation
Other Ways to Donate Donate when you pay your paper utility bill: If you pay a paper bill by mail, add the donation to your payment. Write the donation amount in the box that says, "Optional Neighbors Helping Neighbors donation."
Donate in person: Make a donation at City Hall, 1512 7th Street, open weekdays from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays).
Drop off a donation: Drop off a donation 24 hours a day at the drive-up/walk-up box by the entry / exit to the City Hall parking lot, 1512 7th Street. Please place your donation in a sealed envelope marked "Utility Assistance Fund."
Matching Funds The City of Coralville will match each $1 donation with $0.25.
